We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented **UI/UX Designer** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing user-friendly, visually appealing, and intuitive digital experiences. You'll work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life and ensure a seamless user journey across all platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct user research to understand user needs, behavior, and pain points.
- Design high-fidelity UI layouts with a strong focus on usability and aesthetics.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and accuracy during implementation.
- Perform usability testing and analyze feedback to improve user experience.
- Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and brand consistency.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
- Ensure accessibility and responsive design across all devices and platforms.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and usability testing.
- Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design.
- Familiarity with basic front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- A compelling portfolio showcasing your design work and thought process.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
