**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
- Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and general ledgers.
- Assist in finalization of accounts, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Prepare GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and other statutory returns and ensure timely submissions.
- Assist with internal and external audits.
- Monitor budgets, project costs, and financial forecasts for ongoing infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate with vendors, banks, and statutory bodies for finance-related matters.
- Maintain documentation for tax assessments and financial compliance.
- Support the finance manager in strategic financial planning and analysis.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounts (preferably in infrastructure or construction sector).
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, MS Excel, and ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of Indian tax laws (GST, TDS) and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment under tight deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
