We provide intervention services both at our center and remotely/online, and we work on developing and delivering structured programs for parent empowerment and training. **Position**: Bengali Copywriter and Social Media Officer
**Job Type**: Full-time
**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Copywriting and Content Creation**:
- Write clear, concise, and persuasive marketing copy in Bengali that effectively communicates the brand's message and value proposition.
- Create content for longform and shortform videos, video descriptions, infographics, blogs, and other marketing materials.
- Research and gather insights to develop a deep understanding of our services, target markets, and audience needs.
- Adapt writing styles and tones to suit different platforms, audiences, and marketing objectives.
- **Social Media Management**:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement, reach, and brand awareness on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Create and schedule posts, stories, and other content on social media platforms.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities to engage with the community.
- Analyze and report on social media performance metrics to optimize content and strategies.
- **Community Engagement**:
- Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive and supportive online community.
- Organize and participate in community events, webinars, and live sessions to engage with parents, caregivers, and other stakeholders.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**:
- Work closely with the research team to develop content that is accurate, informative, and engaging.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of copy into various marketing assets.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns.
- **Quality Assurance**:
- Proofread and edit copy for accuracy, grammar, spelling, and adherence to brand standards.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and adherence to style guidelines across all marketing materials.
- **Staying Informed**:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging marketing technologies.
- Continuously improve copywriting and social media skills through learning and professional development.

- Effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to create cohesive and impactful marketing materials.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of content and social media activities.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a copywriter and social media manager, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bengali.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Ability to create compelling narratives and persuasive marketing copy.
- Proficiency in content creation tools and social media management platforms.
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Empathy and understanding of the challenges faced by families with children with neurodevelopmental issues.
