**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation and Shaping**:

- Collaborate with the content and graphics teams to develop high-quality, engaging content that connects with our audience.
- Ensure content aligns with IND’s mission and messaging, tailoring it to resonate with the diverse linguistic and cultural nuances of our audience.
- Edit, repurpose, and refine content to make it suitable for various social media platforms.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to grow IND’s online presence and engagement.
- Manage daily posting, scheduling, and optimization across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Monitor and respond to audience interactions, including comments and messages, in a timely and empathetic manner.
- **Graphics and Visual Content**:

- Work with graphic designers to create visually appealing posts, infographics, videos, and other multimedia assets.
- Use basic graphic tools (e.g., Canva or Adobe tools) to make adjustments or create simple designs when needed.
- **Audience Engagement and Analytics**:

- Use insights from social media analytics to understand audience preferences and refine strategies accordingly.
- Track key performance metrics (KPIs) such as reach, impressions, engagement rate, and follower growth, providing regular reports.
- **Cultural and Language Adaptation**:

- Create and adapt content in English, Bengali, and Hindi to ensure it reaches and resonates with a wider audience.
- Maintain cultural sensitivity and relevance in all communication materials.
- **Exploration and Learning**:

- Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Actively explore new tools, platforms, and techniques to enhance IND’s social media presence.
- Learn and experiment with different content formats and strategies to improve audience engagement and brand positioning.
- **Collaboration and Growth**:

- Coordinate with the content, marketing, and creative teams to align social media efforts with overall organizational goals.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas and strategies.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**:
Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Media Studies, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 1-2 years of experience in social media management or a related field.
- Experience in content creation, graphic design, or digital marketing is a plus.
- **Core Skills**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Bengali, and Hindi.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube) and tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite).
- Working knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar software.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics tools and how to interpret data.
