**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and support the design of corporate workplace environments, from concept development to construction documentation.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to develop design strategies that align with brand identity, workplace culture, and operational needs.
- Prepare presentations, schematic designs, and design development packages that communicate creative ideas and solutions effectively.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines, ensuring high-quality output on schedule and within budget.
- Coordinate with engineering, MEP, and other consultants to integrate architectural and interior design solutions.
- Conduct site visits and support construction administration activities.
- Stay current with trends in workplace design, materials, and sustainability.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- 5+ years of relevant experience with a strong portfolio of corporate workplace design projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience working directly with clients.
- Ability to think creatively while adhering to project constraints and timelines.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a team.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with LEED or WELL certification processes.
- Familiarity with workplace strategy and space planning.
- Knowledge of building codes, ADA requirements, and local regulations.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
