We are seeking a talented Interior Designer to join our growing team and contribute to a wide range of residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.

**Position Overview**:
As an Interior Designer at OUT OF THE BOX INTERIOR, you will be responsible for designing and conceptualizing interior spaces that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional and aligned with client requirements. You will work closely with clients, architects, contractors, and other design professionals to ensure the successful execution of design projects from concept to completion.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Consultation**: Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and goals for each project. Provide expert advice on design concepts, materials, layouts, and finishes.
- **Design Development**: Create interior design concepts, mood boards, and color schemes that align with the client’s vision and project scope.
- **Space Planning**: Develop detailed floor plans and layouts that maximize space utilization, functionality, and aesthetic appeal.
- **Material and Product Selection**: Research and select furniture, lighting, fixtures, finishes, and materials that suit the project’s style and budget.
- **3D Visualization**: Prepare sketches, CAD drawings, and 3D models to communicate design ideas effectively to clients and team members.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure the successful implementation of the design vision. Coordinate the procurement and delivery of materials.
- **Project Management**: Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring that designs are executed as planned, and handle any issues that arise during construction.
- **Site Visits**: Conduct site visits to oversee installation, assess design progress, and ensure quality standards are met.
- **Trend Research**: Stay up-to-date with the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to each project.
