**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Drive **CASA (Current Account and Savings Account)** sales by acquiring new customers and generating leads.
- Maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Understand customer needs and offer suitable banking products.
- Meet monthly sales targets and achieve performance goals.
- Work closely with the branch team to plan and execute sales activities.
- Conduct **market research** to identify potential customers.
- Ensure adherence to bank policies and compliance standards.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
