**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate **Chef de Partie (CDP) - Continental Cuisine** to join our kitchen team. The CDP will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, preparing high-quality continental dishes, maintaining hygiene standards, and supporting the culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and present continental dishes according to the restaurant’s recipes and quality standards.
- Manage a designated kitchen station (grill, sauté, pantry, etc.) efficiently during service hours.
- Ensure mise-en-place is completed prior to each service.
- Monitor food stock levels and assist in inventory management and ordering.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workstation at all times.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff and commis chefs.
- Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Head Chef on menu planning, specials, and new dish development.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation across all dishes served.
- Minimize food waste through proper storage and rotation practices.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a CDP or Demi Chef in a Continental kitchen.
- In-depth knowledge of classic and modern continental cuisine.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with professional kitchen equipment and food safety practices.
- Culinary diploma or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
