**About Us**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Manage daily production schedules and planning.

2. Supervise production staff and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.

3. Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements.

4. Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and other regulatory requirements.

5. Conduct quality checks and address any deviations.

6. Optimize resource utilization and minimize waste.

7. Collaborate with QA, Maintenance, and other departments.

8. Analyze production data and suggest improvements.

9. Implement and maintain 5S and lean manufacturing principles.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or related field.

2. 2-4 years of experience in food manufacturing, preferably in a similar role.

3. Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety regulations.

4. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

6. Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.

Desirable Qualifications:
1. Certification in food safety and quality management (e.g., ISO 22000, FSSC 22000).

2. Experience with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
