**Hiring for Leading Manufacturing Company**
- Assist in supervising and guiding junior machinists to ensure that all jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Assist in planning and coordinating machine shop jobs, including scheduling and prioritizing work.
- Ensure that all necessary materials and equipment are available for each job.
- Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet changing priorities.
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
- Assist in inspecting and testing finished product to ensure that they meet customer specifications and industry standards.
- Identify and address any quality issues or defects.
- Implement quality control procedures to prevent defects and improve overall quality.
- Ensure that all machine shop operations are conducted in a safe and compliant manner.
- Assist in developing and implementing safety procedures and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.

**Qualification**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a machine shop environment, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Diploma or Degree in a related field.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
