**Job Title**: Office Clerk cum Executive Assistant
**Location**: Pune, Maharashtra. (Viman Nagar as base)
**Administrative Support**: Manage day-to-day office operations, maintain files, handle correspondence, and ensure smooth office workflows.
**Legal Coordination**: Liaise with lawyers as required, ensuring documentation and processes are handled efficiently.
**Property Management**: Lead property-related tasks, including dealing with local Government office, maintaining records, and overseeing property-related operations around Pune.
**Errands & Personal Assistance**: Run personal errands for the executive when necessary, ensuring tasks are completed with confidentiality and precision.
**Technology Proficiency**: Well-versed in basic Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) to handle reports, data entry, and communication seamlessly.
The role requires someone who is highly organized, adaptable, and willing to travel around Pune for managerial duties. If you're a resourceful, reliable individual with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks, we’d love to hear from you
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Confidence is key. We need you to handle situations like a leader.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to travel within Pune and surrounding locations as needed.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
