Job Title: Store Shift Assistant

Overview:
As a Store Shift Assistant, you provide crucial support to the Store Shift Manager in ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional customer service. Your role involves assisting with various tasks during shifts, maintaining store standards, and helping to create a positive shopping experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Store Shift Manager in coordinating daily activities and tasks during shifts.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, including assisting customers with inquiries, locating products, and processing transactions.
- Help to ensure the cleanliness and organization of the store, including stocking shelves, tidying displays, and maintaining a neat appearance in all areas.
- Support inventory management efforts by assisting with receiving shipments, checking stock levels, and replenishing merchandise on the sales floor.
- Collaborate with team members to execute promotional or marketing initiatives, such as setting up displays or signage.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols to maintain a secure and compliant work environment.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed, including cash handling and securing the premises.
- Alert management to any issues or concerns that arise during the shift, including customer complaints or equipment malfunctions.
- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge, customer service skills, and job performance.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Shift Manager or store management team.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills and proficiency in using cash registers or point-of-sale systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
