**Accounts Receivable (AR) Caller**

**Responsibilities**:

- Should have strong account background
- Follow up with patients and insurance companies on outstanding claims.
- Explain billing information and payment options.
- Negotiate payment plans and adjust payments as needed.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and denied claims.
- Collaborate with internal teams (billing, coding, finance) to ensure smooth revenue flow.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Use billing software to manage accounts and process claims.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong communication (verbal and written) and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in billing software and understanding of healthcare billing processes.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Prior AR or billing experience.
- Experience with US healthcare claims and insurance processes.
- Call center experience is a plus

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
