Job Description: We are looking for a finance associate who possesses in-depth knowledge of best practices in financial management. Must have the capabilities of managing, tracking, revising and updating financial reports and preparing financial data for audits, reviews and taxations.

Job Responsibilities: Assistance with the preparation of operational budgets, financial statements and reports. Processing requisition and other business forms and approving purchases. Advising other departments on best practices related to fiscal procedures. Managing account records, issuing invoices, and handling payments. Collaborating with internal departments to reconcile any discrepancies. Reviewing existing financial policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance. Providing assistance with payroll administration. Keeping records and documenting financial processes.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or other related fields. Extensive knowledge of Accounting Standards, especially Ind AS. Knowledge of fiscal procedures and applicable tax codes.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
