**Title/Position**: Finance Associate
**Job Location**: Gurgaon
**Experience**: 2+ years
**Employment Type**: Full Time
**Shift Timings**: US Timings (7.30 PM to 4.30 AM)

**Responsibilities**:

- Primary person for day-to-day invoicing for all projects.
- Heavy QuickBooks Online for all invoices, management of cash flow and ad hoc reporting.
- Manage in-house Time sheet tracking system.
- Run AR aging reports on regular basis and follow up with client for any pending payments.

**Skills Required**:

- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in a similar finance position handling invoicing and time sheets.
- Prior Experience with Finance and Invoicing in IT services / IT Staffing firm is a must.
- Extensive working knowledge of QuickBooks Online is a must
- Working knowledge of VMS like beeline, Fieldglass etc.
- Finance and/or accounting acumen with a good grasp of accounting principles
- Good communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work on multiple tasks in highly active and dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree, ideally with focus on finance or accounting
