Profile: Sales/ Customer care Executive
Location: Mohali - Hybrid (once in a while as per business requirement).

**Salary**: 20000 - 30000 Inhand
Shift : 12PM to 9PM
Workdays: 6 working days
Experience : 2+ years in sales

Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on leads.
2. Explain company services clearly and effectively to prospects.
3. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
4. Convert leads into confirmed business through active engagement.
5. Build and maintain strong client relationships.
6. Maintain records of calls and lead status on Excel

**Requirements**:
1. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional language is a plus).
2. Prior experience in telesales or client interaction is preferred.
3. Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated.
4. Comfortable in outbound calling and handling objections.
5. Ability to work independently.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
