Report to: Sr. Business Manager

Working days: Thursday to Tuesday

Week off: Wednesday

**Responsibilities**:
1. Oversee Order Dispatch:
a) Develop and implement efficient dispatch processes and procedures

b) Prioritize orders considering shipping methods and delivery timelines.

c) Ensure impeccable Order Accuracy and Timeliness.

d) Develop and implement efficient dispatch processes to handle 5000 orders daily with precision

2. Manage Logistics Partners Relations

a) Provide comprehensive documentation and operational guidelines for streamlined logistics.

b) Coordinate with logistics partners to efficiently plan pickups and deliveries.

c) Maintain meticulous records of all dispatch activities, including order processing, tracking numbers, and delivery confirmations.

d) Process international shipments according to customs regulations and shipping requirements

3. Collaborate with Customer Service Excellence:
a) Foster collaboration with the customer service team to swiftly address order-related issues reported by customers.

b) Offer prompt updates and resolutions to ensure unparalleled customer satisfaction

4. Managing Inventory & RTO Data

a) Manage Inventory levels daily

b) Verify the accuracy of RTO and returns data against inventory records to ensure consistency and compliance

**Skills**:

- 3+ years of experience in dispatch or logistics management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Resolve any issues or delays in delivery promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and performance metrics.
- Develop and implement efficient dispatch processes and procedures.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
