Required Skills: • Education: Bachelorâ€Âs Degree in Engineering/Technology or MCA. • Proven experience in successfully leading end-to-end implementations of Workforce Manager/Kronos Dimensions or similar workforce management systems. • Strong understanding of workforce management processes, including time and attendance, scheduling, labor management, and reporting. • Proficient in system configuration and customization of Workforce Manager/Kronos Dimensions modules. • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities and develop effective solutions. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and end-users. • Ability to provide training, user support, and documentation to ensure smooth adoption and ongoing system usage. • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and problem-solving. • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
