**Responsibilities**:

- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our organization as an employer of choice within the IT sector.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and HR partners to understand staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to each role.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of IT technologies, terminologies, and skill sets.

Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other recruitment software/tools.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs while maintaining a positive and proactive attitude.
