1. Understanding customer requirements & Preparing drawings based on the same.

2. Verification of the drawings.

3. Attending client meetings if required and incorporating the discussions and preparing minutes of meetings.

4. Achieve planned targets.

5. To prepare project reports.

6. Control and release of drawings and reports.

7. To instruct draftsman so as to improve the over all quality of drawing.

8. Liasoning with clients & other government authorities for permission & other issues.

9. Ability to deal with client's representatives, external agencies, Have an understanding of the local area.

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**

M-Arch /Bachelor of Architecture with 6 to 10 years of experience. Good presentation skills,weel varsent with CaD software,Microsoft office,Sketchup Revit,Etc

**Salary**: From ₹500,000.00 per year
