**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create visually appealing designs for social media posts, banners, brochures, flyers, logos, infographics, and other digital/print assets
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create engaging creatives aligned with brand identity
- Edit and retouch images as needed for campaigns and promotions
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency
- Take feedback and iterate quickly to deliver quality outputs within deadlines
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques
- Prepare final designs for printing or digital publication
- Design UI/UX elements (optional, if applicable)

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Knowledge of design tools like Canva, Figma, or CorelDRAW is a plus
- Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles
- Attention to detail and creativity in visual storytelling
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- A strong portfolio showcasing design projects across different media
