**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and produce marketing materials, encompassing digital graphics, social media assets, print materials, and presentations.
- Work alongside senior designers to conceptualize innovative ideas and execute designs in line with brand standards.
- Prepare files for production and maintain quality control throughout the design process.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and graphic design best practices in the digital realm.
- Provide support in photo editing, retouching, and image manipulation as required.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and offer creative insights on projects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a high-paced environment.
- Foster effective communication with team members to ensure project objectives are achieved.

**Requirements**:

- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and similar graphic design tools.
- Thorough grasp of design fundamentals, including typography and color theory.
- Impeccable attention to detail and a knack for preserving brand uniformity.
- Exceptional communication skills and adeptness in interpersonal interactions.
- Capacity to follow instructions and thrive within a collaborative team atmosphere.
