**Accounts Executive Export & import Accounting**

**Finance and Accounting/ Foreign Remittance /Costing/ Import & Export Documentation**

Rich knowledge of handling various treasury functions such as import & Export payments and its documentation (EDPMS, IDPMS), Forex transactions, Coordination with banks for LC, BG, Fx and updating monthly schedule of LC, BG and bank charges.

Managing Foreign Currency for employees and recording respective transactions

Bank reconciliation and prepare the bank position report.

Opening of Foreign LC for import purchase and financing through
Suppliers Credit.

A2 and import remittances from time to time including retirement of
import bills post acceptance or payment.

MIS related to LC/BG, Bill Discounting and all banking limits, Interest
and various bank charges along with periodic reconciliation.

Monitoring the EDPMS, IDPMS, ORM, IRM position in a timely
manner and record keeping of all e-BRC ,FIRC issued by banks.

Export Documentation as USD Invoice, Packing List, NOC, Shipping Bill Working, Checklist, Bill of lading, COA, Insurance & all work related to export.

Coordinate with CHA & Forwarder Agent.

After Dispatch for Drawback incentive, check with DGFT & ICE Gate

Analyzing Other Income (DBK & ROSL) reconciliation and presented outstanding statement.

Follow-up with Bank for Foreign inward Payments.

Follow up the Bank advice and EBRC against inward export payments from overseas Buyer.

Handling all Import Bills of Entry against Advance Payment and submitting in Bank.

Handling Pre and Post Import and Export Documentation & Custom clearance.

Preparation of documentation for remittances in foreign currency.

General Accounting i.e. (Voucher Entry such as purchase, sales, Journal, D/N, C/N, Etc).

Handling all bank transactions and preparing Bank Reconciliation Statements to overcome discrepancies.

Handling all functions of Accounts Receivable / Payable, including Debtors/Creditors reconciliation
