Job Title: Field Admission Officer

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Student Recruitment:

- Visit schools, colleges, career fairs, and community events to promote the institution and its programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective students, parents, and educational institutions.

2. Admission Counseling:

- Provide accurate information about courses, admission requirements, and career opportunities.

3. Lead Generation and Follow-Up:

- Identify and generate leads through various outreach activities.

4. Event Coordination:

- Organize and participate in admission campaigns, workshops, and open houses.
- Represent the institution at external events and ensure a positive brand image.

5. Reporting and Documentation:

- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities, inquiries, and admissions data.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on recruitment progress and challenges.

6. Market Research:

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the admissions process.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in admissions, marketing, or sales (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
