As a CSM Executive/ Client Relationship, you will be the primary driver of lead generation and fixing the meeting with corporates

In this role, you will need to meet the following expectations
- Researching and qualifying new leads.
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads and fix meetings
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
- Staying informed about competing products and services.
- Upselling products and services.
- Closing sales and achieving targets.
- Coordinating with BDM’s for meeting follow ups.
- Proven experience as a BDE, Lead Generation Expert, Sales.
- Knowledge of digital marketing
- Working knowledge of MS Office and power point
- Patience and ability to manage work pressure
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Skilled in negotiation
- Problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree

Experience
- Minimum 6 months experience is must.
