**Job Summary**: As an Equity Trader at 7Sea Capital Limited, you will be responsible for executing trades and managing equity portfolios with a focus on maximizing returns while minimizing risk. You will leverage market insights, quantitative analysis, and advanced trading tools to make informed trading decisions in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Trade Execution**: Execute equity trades on behalf of clients or the firm, ensuring accuracy and adherence to trading strategies and compliance regulations.
- **Market Analysis**: Monitor and analyze market trends, news, and financial reports to identify trading opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
- **Strategy Development**: Collaborate with the trading team to develop and refine trading strategies based on quantitative models, technical analysis, and market research.
- **Risk Management**: Implement risk management techniques to minimize potential losses and ensure adherence to risk tolerance and regulatory requirements.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Track and analyze trading performance, generating reports to assess the effectiveness of trading strategies and make necessary adjustments.
- **Client Interaction**: Communicate with clients to understand their trading needs, provide market insights, and offer recommendations based on current market conditions.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure all trading activities comply with relevant regulations and internal policies, maintaining a high standard of ethical conduct.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus.
- **Experience**: 1 years of experience in equity trading or a related role, with a proven track record of successful trading performance.
- **Skills**: Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in trading platforms and software. Excellent understanding of market dynamics and trading strategies.
- **Knowledge**: Deep knowledge of equity markets, financial instruments, and trading regulations.
- **Attributes**: Exceptional attention to detail, strong decision-making skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
