  • Execute client orders in equities, derivatives, and other financial instruments accurately and efficiently.
  • Monitor real-time market trends, analyse price movements, and provide investment recommendations.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to update them on market developments, order status, and portfolio performance.
  • Conduct research on companies, sectors, and market news to support trading decisions.
  • Adhere strictly to regulatory and compliance requirements while conducting all transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including research analysts and traders to develop and implement trading strategies.
  • Maintain detailed records of trades, confirmations, and margin requirements.
  • Manage risk by assessing market conditions and client positions.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Prior experience (2-5 years) as an Equity Dealer or similar role in a stock broking environment.
  • Sound knowledge of stock markets, trading platforms, and financial products.
  • Certification such as NISM, NCFM, or AMFI is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and communication skills.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and commit to confidentiality and compliance standards.
