- Responsibilities_
- _Relevant Experience in Credit Control/Technical Accounting (Booking, Cash Applications & Collections)_
- _Booking Premiums, Claims
- validation of ledgers, handling strategic clients, complex calculations
- premium & year-end adjustments, monthly audits, updating SOX compliant reports, Ad hoc assignments, handling delinquent reports._
- _Collections & Cash Applications
- sending statements of due balances, validating outgoing payments, net-off arrangements, compliance check and approvals._
- _Providing technical advice on various audits._
- _Handling day to day team-related activities._
- _Manage MIS activities and look after the process._
- _Work towards driving improvements in execution and initiatives._
- Qualifications_
- Minimum qualifications_
- _Graduate in Commerce_
- _Experience in Premiums, Cash Application & Collections) preferably in UK market_
- _Insurance/ Reinsurance Domain knowledge_
- _Lean/Six Sigma awareness_
- Preferred qualifications_
- _Good Communication Skills_
- _Proficiency in MS Excel_
- _Excellent analytical ability_
- _High-level attention to detail and accuracy_
- _Demonstrated delivery of high-quality output._
- _Ability to work in a changing environment_
- _Ability to form relationships with internal customers in Genpact and very importantly with the client - must be seen as a proactive, useful teammate_
- _High customer service orientation._
- _Ability to work under pressure_
