- We are looking for a Cash Specialist who will be responsible for posting payments from various lockboxes to the customer accounts._
- Responsibilities_
- In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to O2C domain._
- _Validate the Purchase Order (PO) requests from to bill the order._
- _Investigate discrepancies in the PO and invoices with disputes_
- _Preparing reconciliation between bank to customer account to ensure that the cash received every day has been applied to accounts_
- _Ensure timeliness of cash posting, month end, quarter end and year-end activities are performed_
- _Responsible for creating regular reporting for billing due lists, shipped not billed, Billing fail reports_
- Qualifications we seek in you_

- _B.Com Graduate_
- _Relevant work experience_
- Preferred qualifications_
- _Very Good Written and Verbal Communication skills_
