**Telecaller (Female)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce financial products and services.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain a database of client details and follow up regularly.
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work towards achieving daily and monthly sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries confidently and professionally.
- Basic knowledge of financial products and services is an advantage.
- Positive attitude and a goal-oriented approach.

**Marketing Executive (Male/Female)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote financial products and services.
- Identify and connect with potential clients to generate leads.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve business goals.
- Represent the company at events, seminars, and meetings when required.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in marketing or sales, preferably in the financial sector.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and products.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creativity and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges.
