Job Title: Telecaller

Location: Rajkot
- **Education**: graduate.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred or fresher also
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Good listening skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Attitude**: Positive, enthusiastic, and self-motivated.

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Outbound Calls**: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about our products and services.
- **Customer Interaction**: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their questions and concerns.
- **Sales Promotion**: Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers, and persuade them to make a purchase.
- **Customer Feedback**: Collect and document customer feedback, and report it to the relevant departments for further action.
- **Data Management**: Update customer information in the database accurately and promptly.
- **Follow-up**: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and to address any further needs or concerns.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made and sales achieved.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data privacy and call handling guidelines.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
