Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive **Job Type**: Full time **Duties and Responsibilities**:As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across various channels. This role requires a creative and analytical mindset, as you will work to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads. You'll collaborate closely with the marketing team and other departments to develop and implement effective strategies that contribute to the company’s goals. - Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to the company’s digital platforms (website, social media, etc.) - Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to meet KPIs - Oversee and improve on-page and off-page SEO to drive organic traffic - Create and manage content for websites, blogs, newsletters, and social media channels - Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar, and create reports with insights and recommendations - Collaborate with the design team to create engaging visuals and content that align with brand guidelines - Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure strategies are innovative and effective - Engage with the community on social media platforms and respond to queries or comments in a timely manner - Assist in managing influencer and affiliate marketing relationships, if applicable - Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, content, design, etc.) to ensure alignment with overall business objectives. **Desired Profile**: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field - Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, etc.) - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus - Experience with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) - Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment **Preferred Qualification**: Graduation in any relevant field.
