Client Service:

- Greet clients in a friendly and professional manner as they enter the salon
- Schedule client appointments using the salon's booking system
- Answer incoming calls promptly and schedule appointments or redirect to relevant staff
- Handle client payments, purchases of retail products, and process transactions
- Address client concerns and complaints in a tactful manner

Administrative Duties:

- Maintain appointment calendars and schedule for stylists/service providers
- Manage client database and update records as needed
- Restock retail supplies and keep the reception area organized and tidy

Other responsibilities:

- Process new client intake forms and update client records
- Adhere to salon policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by salon management

Qualifications:

- Previous reception or customer service experience, preferably in a salon/clinics setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills and proficiency in handling cash/credit transactions
- Computer literacy and experience with scheduling/POS systems
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹22,576.51 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
