Role**:Inside Sales Executive**

Educational qualification**:PUC/ Degree**

Experience**:1 - 2 Years**

Location: Bangalore, Rajaji Nagar

Salary**:20,000 to 25,000 per month**

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Interacting with customer, understanding their design requirements and presenting product and design
- Handling showroom, customer interaction and after sales communication
- Maximizing sales through excellent customer service.
- Supporting the Showroom Manager
- To connect with the potential customer or the businesses via telephone to promote products or services
- To explain the benefits of the products or services to potential clients.
- Attend Counter Sales Customer.
- Deliver presentations and demonstrate products to customers.
- Making quotation for the customers.
- Guiding walk-in clients/customers on prices and payment plans, and then closing sales.
- To get customers details that include names, addresses, phone numbers, etc. for further process.
- To maintain the database by entering, verifying, and backing up data in the CRM

**Skills Required**:

- **Experience in sanitary ware is a must**:

- 1 to 2 years of experience in Retail industry is a must
- Effective communication skills.
- Stress tolerance
- to remain calm under pressure.
- Self-motivation and confidence.
- Product Knowledge
- Target oriented.
- Listening skills.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Weekend only

Shift:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- rajaji nagar, Rajajinagar West - 560010, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 2 years (preferred)
- showroom sales: 1 year (preferred)
- sanitary ware sales: 1 year (preferred)
