Role Overview: The Timetable Coordinator & Course Coordinator is responsible for creating, maintaining, and managing the academic timetable for courses, ensuring optimal utilization of resources, and addressing scheduling conflicts.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Timetable Creation and Maintenance: o Design and update academic schedules for various courses and batches. o Ensure timely release of the timetable to learners and faculty. 2. Resource Management: o Coordinate room allocations, equipment needs, and faculty availability. o Optimize scheduling to minimize downtime and resource wastage. 3. Conflict Resolution: o Address and resolve scheduling conflicts or overlapping sessions. o Manage adjustments due to faculty unavailability or changes in learner needs. 4. Coordination with Stakeholders: o Liaise with faculty, learners, and administrative staff for smooth scheduling. o Communicate updates or changes in the timetable promptly. 5. Reporting and Documentation: o Maintain records of timetables and scheduling changes. o Provide periodic reports on schedule efficiency and adherence. 6. Reporting and Documentation: o Maintain accurate records of course schedules, attendance, and feedback. o Prepare reports for management on course progress and learner outcomes. 7. Coordination with Other Departments: o Collaborate with marketing, admissions, and administration teams for coursepromotions and enrollments. o Ensure alignment of course timelines with institutional goals. 8. Faculty Support: o Assist faculty in session planning, resource preparation, and addressing learner concerns. 9. Performance Monitoring: o Track learner attendance, participation, and performan10. Course Planning and Execution: o Ensure all course materials and resources are available.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
