**Job Summary**:
The Academic Coordinator will be responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing academic programs and ensuring they align with institutional goals. This role involves coordination between faculty, students, and administrative departments to ensure smooth academic operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate academic schedules, timetables, and course offerings.
- Liaise with faculty and department heads to ensure academic requirements are met.
- Support student academic advising, registration, and record-keeping processes.
- Monitor academic performance metrics and prepare relevant reports.
- Facilitate communication between students, parents (if applicable), and academic staff.
- Organize academic events such as workshops, orientation programs, and training sessions.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and accreditation standards.
- Assist in curriculum development and revisions as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience in academic coordination, school administration, or a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and student information systems (e.g., PowerSchool, Blackboard, etc.).
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of educational regulations and academic frameworks.
- Experience in managing academic operations in schools, colleges, or training centers.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS).
- Leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
