**LOCATION**:CHENNAI.

**DEPARTMENT**:SALES & MARKETING

**QUALIFICATION**:Any degree (minimum qualification)

**EXPERIENCE**:Minimum of 1-3 Years.

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Overseeing the customer service process.
- Identifying the customer needs and resolving the issue with minimum turnaround time.
- Maintaining Customer Satisfaction Scores in various levels.
- Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support

**TECHNICAL SKILLS**:

- MS Office
- MS Excel
- Typewriting ( Mobile & Laptop)

**KEY SKILLS**:

- Customer focused Personality.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skill
- Willingness to take ownership of consumer complaints and should have prior experience in cold calling and mailing skill.
- Should have good verbal communication skills in Telugu, Written &Oral communication in English &Tamil. (Hindi - added plus)
- Should have prior experience in Cold calling and mailing.

**REPORTING TO**: Brand Manager.

**Salary**: ₹120,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Adyar, Chennai - 600020, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
