Job Summary:
Enbridg is looking for a dynamic and empathetic Career Advisor to join our team and guide our students towards successful and fulfilling career paths. As a Career Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in helping our students transition from their education to the workforce seamlessly.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct one-on-one career counseling sessions with students to understand their interests, strengths, and goals.
- Provide personalized guidance on available vocational training programs and their alignment with students' career aspirations.
- Assist students in developing effective job search strategies, including resume building, interview preparation, and networking.
- Stay updated on industry trends and job market demands to provide relevant and accurate advice to students.
- Collaborate with faculty members to integrate career development components into the curriculum.
- Organize and facilitate career-related workshops, seminars, and events to enhance students' employability skills.
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and industries to create internship and job placement opportunities for students.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and career development progress.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in career advising, counseling, or related roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of vocational education and the job market.
- Empathetic and patient approach when working with diverse student populations.
- Proficiency in using career assessment tools and software.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
