We are seeking a passionate and experienced Career Counselor to join our team and provide expert guidance to our diverse clientele.

As a Career Counselor at Enbridg, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals navigate their career journeys. You will work closely with clients from various backgrounds, providing personalized counseling and guidance to support them in making informed decisions about their education, career goals, and professional growth. Through assessments, one-on-one counseling sessions, and workshops, you will empower clients to develop the skills and strategies necessary for achieving their career objectives.

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct individual career counseling sessions to assess clients' interests, skills, strengths, and values to identify suitable career options.

Provide expert advice and guidance on career development, educational opportunities, and potential career paths based on market trends and industry insights.

Administer and interpret career assessments and personality tests to assist clients in gaining self-awareness and identifying suitable career matches.

Develop customized career development plans for clients, outlining steps to achieve their goals and overcome obstacles.

Facilitate workshops and group sessions on various career-related topics, including resume writing, interview preparation, networking, and job search strategies.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, labor market information, and educational programs to provide relevant and accurate advice to clients.

Collaborate with educational institutions, employers, and professional organizations to establish networking and internship opportunities for clients.

Maintain confidential and comprehensive client records, documenting progress and outcomes of counseling sessions.

Continuously evaluate and improve counseling programs to ensure high-quality services that meet the needs of clients.

Attend professional development opportunities and training sessions to enhance counseling skills and expertise.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Career Counselor, Career Advisor, or related role, with a track record of successfully guiding individuals towards their career goals.

Strong knowledge of career development theories, counseling techniques, and career assessment tools.

Excellent communication and active listening skills, with the ability to empathize and build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
