**Job Title: Customer Service Voice**
**Location**: Thane, Maharashtra, India
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication skills (C2 level proficiency)
- Minimum qualification: HSC/Graduate
- Mandatory minimum 6 months to 1 year of international BPO experience
**Interview Rounds**:
- HR Screening
- AMCAT Assessment
- Voice and Accent Assessment (VNA)
- Trainer's Call
- Operations Interview
**Shift**: Rotational 24/7
**Week Off**: Saturday & Sunday (Fixed off)
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally via phone calls.
- Provide accurate and relevant information to customers regarding products/services.
- Address customer complaints and ensure satisfactory resolution.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure effective problem-solving.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Meet or exceed performance targets consistently.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (C2 level proficiency).
- Minimum HSC/Graduate qualification.
- Prior experience of 6 months to 1 year in an international BPO setting is mandatory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
