**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused **Customer Care Executive** to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction through all communication channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy with customers
- Document customer interactions and update records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues
- Meet performance targets (response time, resolution time, satisfaction score, etc.)

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication skills in [Languages, e.g., English, Hindi, Telugu (OPTIONAL) etc.]
- Proficient in using customer support tools and CRM systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay

- Fluent English (required)
