We Have Newly Established Our Paper and Stationery Manufacturing Unit For Export Purpose Only in Vapi (Gujarat) and We are looking for a Factory Supervisor who will monitor our production operations and ensure that they deliver maximum quality in a profitable manner. You should be highly competent and comprehend complex operations. We also expect you to be able to optimize day-to-day activities while minimizing the costs. **The shift timings are from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM**

**Factory Supervisor Requirements are**:

- At least 1 year experience of working on a Factory Supervisor or other similar position.
- Graduated in BE Mechanical Engineering
- Profound experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools
- Good practical experience with MS Office.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills٫ together with a results-driven approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and an efficient problem solver.

**Factory Supervisor Responsibilities are**:

- Your duties will include monitoring employees٫ organizing workflows and analyzing the efficiency of manufacturing processes and Keeping Safety Control.
- Having experience in handling Export shipments stock, packing, scheduling deliveries etc.
- Control and organize storage and inventory space.
- Ensure the accuracy of inventory and shipments.
- Establish daily٫ weekly and monthly objectives and communicate them to Workers.
- Oversee safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.
- Perform verification of production output according to specifications.
- Prepare reports on performance and progress and present them to senior managers.
- Detect issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.
- Consult new Workers on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines and company standards.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
