Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Factory Manager to oversee the entire garment manufacturing unit specializing in shirts The role involves managing production quality manpower compliance and operational efficiency to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality output The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills and extensive experience in shirt manufacturing Key Responsibilities Factory Operations Production Management Oversee end-to-end factory operations including cutting stitching finishing and packing Develop and implement production plans to ensure timely delivery based on buyer orders Monitor production efficiency output line balancing and utilization of manpower and machinery Ensure daily weekly and monthly production targets are achieved Quality Compliance Ensure strict adherence to quality standards throughout all processes Work closely with quality teams to reduce defects rework and wastage Ensure compliance with buyer requirements safety standards and factory policies Team Leadership Workforce Management Lead train and supervise production managers supervisors and factory staff Ensure proper allocation of manpower across departments Maintain discipline safety and a healthy working environment inside the factory Process Improvement Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements for higher productivity Use Lean Manufacturing 5S and industrial engineering techniques to optimize workflow Monitor and reduce production costs through efficient resource utilization Coordination Reporting Coordinate with merchandising planning procurement and HR teams for smooth operations Review daily production reports and share updates with senior management Manage maintenance schedules for machinery and ensure minimal downtime Requirements Bachelor s degree Diploma in Textile Engineering Garment Technology or a related field 10-15 years of experience in garment manufacturing with at least 5 years in shirt production Proven experience in managing large factory operations and production teams Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing processes quality systems and compliance Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills Proficiency in production planning tools and ERP systems is preferred Preferred Skills Strong analytical and decision-making abilities Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing 5S Kaizen IE concepts Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong organizational and people-management skills Job Type Full-time Pay 85 000 00 - 125 000 00 per month Work Location In person
