Job Title Factory Manager Production Manager Department Production Reports To Head of Department Location Survey no 665 1 Katariya Bridge NH8A Near Ajanta Factory Vandhiya Samakhiyali Taluka Bachua District Kutch - 370150 Job Type Full-Time Permanent Experience Required 3-5 years About the Company Welcome to Geetanjali where craftsmanship meets innovation Spread across 7 acres our state-of-the-art facility specializes in premium wooden doors frames modular interiors and bespoke woodwork Backed by 100 skilled professionals we deliver high-quality durable and beautifully crafted solutions for homes offices and commercial spaces Our Vision To be a global leader in bespoke wooden doors through innovation sustainability and craftsmanship Our Mission To craft sustainable high-quality wooden products that combine timeless design with lasting value At Geetanjali we don t just make products we create experiences that elevate every space Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Factory Manager Production Manager with hands-on expertise in door manufacturing to oversee daily factory operations The ideal candidate will ensure smooth production processes maintain quality standards manage shop-floor staff and contribute to timely order fulfillment Key Responsibilities Supervise daily operations on the shop floor for door manufacturing Ensure production targets are met within specified time and quality standards Coordinate with the planning and dispatch teams for smooth workflow and material management Monitor staff performance provide training and ensure adherence to safety protocols Conduct quality checks at various stages of production cutting pressing finishing etc Ensure machinery and tools are maintained in proper working condition Maintain production records prepare daily reports and communicate progress to management Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices Resolve any production-related issues promptly and efficiently Key Skills Requirements Diploma ITI Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Production or related field 3-5 years of experience as a supervisor in a wood or door manufacturing unit Strong knowledge of woodworking machinery and production processes CNC edge banding pressing etc Ability to lead a team and manage manpower effectively Understanding of safety and compliance in a factory setting Basic computer skills MS Excel ERP systems preferred Strong communication problem-solving and organizational skills Job Type Full-time Pay 240 000 00 - 400 000 00 per year Application Question s Mention Your Current CTC Mention Your Notice Period Will you be able to commute daily at this location - Survey no 665 1 Katariya Bridge NH8A Near Ajanta Factory Vandhiya Samakhiyali Taluka Bachua District Kutch - 370150 Work Location In person
