d) Updating the CRM on daily basis.

a) Deferring students to next available intakes after confirmation with their counsellors/ agents. (If required)

b) Processing for refunds if required upon refusal or request from the student via agents / counsellors (if required)

a) Participating in the world expo for promoting universities & assisting student-agent dealings for student's admissions for upcoming intakes.

Any other duties assign by management time to time.
