**Role Overview**:
We are looking for an exceptional **Co-Founder with deep expertise in Web and Mobile App Development**. You will be responsible for architecting, developing, and scaling our platform while leading the tech strategy. This is a **purely equity-based role**, designed for a leader who is passionate about building products from the ground up.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design scalable, high-performance systems that can handle large user bases.
- Work closely with the founding team to define product roadmap and technology strategy.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing development team.
- Ensure high standards of code quality, security, and user experience.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate innovative solutions into the platform.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum **10 years of experience** in web and app development, preferably with experience in real estate or marketplace platforms.
- Strong expertise in **full-stack development**, mobile app development (iOS/Android), cloud infrastructure, and database management.
- Experience in scaling large platforms, managing teams, and delivering complex projects.
- Proven track record of building successful products from scratch is highly desirable.
