Job Responsibilities of E-commerce Manager (Fashion)

1. E-commerce Portal Management:

- Manage multiple e-commerce portals such as Amazon.in, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Tata Cliq, Nykaa, and others.
- Ensure proper functionality, visibility, and competitiveness on all platforms.

2. Fashion Advertising and Campaign Management:

- Plan and execute ads across all marketplaces.
- Optimize online advertising campaigns for maximum reach and conversions.
- Have expertise in quick commerce platforms like Flipkart Quick, others.

3. Strategic Sales Growth:

- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and expand the brand’s presence.
- Identify opportunities to grow revenue through promotions, partnerships, and campaigns.

4. Listing and Cataloging of Fashion:

- Create and manage product listings on all e-commerce portals and the company’s own website.
- Perform A+ content listing, pricing updates, and catalog management.

5. Marketing and Brand Promotion:

- Optimize marketing efforts to enhance visibility and customer engagement.

6. Order Management:

- Oversee the processing and fulfillment of orders, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
- Monitor all orders placed through websites and e-commerce platforms.

7. Inventory Management:

- Track inventory movement, ensuring accurate In and Out reconciliation.
- Monitor stock levels and prevent overstock or understock situations.

8. Return Management:

- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and refunds while ensuring a seamless experience for customers.

9. Claims Management:

- Manage and resolve customer claims efficiently to maintain satisfaction and trust.

10. MIS Reporting:

- Prepare reports such as take-home sheets, price calculations, sales performance, and marketing activity analysis.
- Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance updates.

11. Sales Target Achievement:

- Set and achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor progress and implement corrective actions to meet objectives.

12. Order Processing:

- Handle order processing for the website and all e-commerce portals, ensuring smooth operations.

13. Customer Feedback and Review Management:

- Monitor and manage customer feedback, addressing concerns promptly to improve satisfaction.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
