**BEFORE ENTERING THE ROOM**
1. Ring the bell 3 times before entering the room for both occupied and unoccupied rooms.
2. After unlocking the main door clean the door handle, bell switch, whole door with a clean and dry cloth.
- **AFTER ENTERING THE ROOM**
1. After entering the room, collect the leftover packets, bottles, beer cans or any other kind of garbage present in the room.
2. Open all the windows, front door, washroom door etc. wide for proper air passage and ventilation.
3. After proper air cleaning close the windows and dust properly with a dry cloth. Clean all the shelves, bed frame, table, door frame etc with the duster. Dust the cloth 4 to 5 times in between to maintain a proper cleaning process.
4. Dust the bedding, change the bed covers and pillow covers regularly. One bed sheet must be used for two days for a single room then should be sent for laundry. **At least once a month clean the inside of the bed and use proper chemicals like naphthalene**
- **CLEANING OF ROOM**
1. First dry mop the floor of the room/corridor, then wet mop the floor. **use at least 8 to 10 liters of water for wet mopping a single room**
2. Mop the floor using proper chemicals like Lysol, Domex or any other floor cleaner.
3. using of Vacuum Cleaner - Use vacuum cleaner for cleaning the curtains, unreachable corners etc.
4. During dusting of room use a soft brush for cleaning the walls and ceiling of the room. *Should be done at least once a month*
5. Every room should be deep cleaned at least 6-7 times a month.
5. Window Glasses and other Glass doors should be cleaned properly and must be handled with care.
- **CLEANING OF TOILET**
1. Toilet floors should be cleaned properly with proper chemicals like harpic or Lysol.
2. Other toiler accessories like basin, commode, taps, mirror etc should be cleaned properly.
3. Bathroom wall and floor junctions should be cleaned properly *no water stain should be present*
- **REPORTING DUTIES**
1. Write and maintain all the room details for every single room in an excel sheet Check all the details and write a report on it.
2. Plumbing related problems and electrical problems should be checked, reported and solved accordingly.
3. Check all the electrical items like fan, AC, lights, fridge, TV, Electric Kettle and bathroom exhaust fan and write a report on it.
4. Check through all the items and solve any type of customer queries instantly *NO PENDING WORK SHOULD BE THERE*
5. Maintain an inventory on i) Linen, ii) Chemicals, iii) Pesticides iv) Housekeeping Equipments
6. Maintain a Laundry register positively, reconcile the laundry bill and send it to Accounts department in Kolkata.
7. A record of Housekeeping equipment should be maintained regularly as such:

- REMARKS
- Crosscheck from Kolkata Head Office will be done.
- Video calling will be done from Kolkata Head Office to check the working Conditions.
- We need someone who can work diligently and efficiently for 10-11 hrs
- Any kind of addiction is strictly prohibited inside the hotel premises. Any kind of intoxicants like alcohol, cigarette, biri, gutka, paan is strictly prohibited inside hotel premises.
- Have to be well behaved and polite. Should work according to instructions given.
- Any kind of nuisance will not be tolerated.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
