**We have urgent job openings for IT Recruiter Please find JD below profile**:

- You’ll be a part of the Talent acquisition team and working with hiring managers to determine client staffing needs.
- Responsible for identifying talent that meets specific client requirements.
- Understanding & analyzing the requirement of the position based on specifications
- Involved in technical/Non Technical sourcing profiles through job portals, internal databases and professional networking sites.
- Manage creative ways to attract the right people for the available opportunities.
- You communicate with high-end clients within start-up industry and emerging companies, research and identify their needs and cater to them efficiently and ensure successful recruitment campaigns and re-run of the same against predetermined instructions.
- You supplement successful closure for the client and meet your monthly delivery targets.
- You keep yourself updated and have understanding about the start-up industry and the emerging companies

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
