**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the restaurant service team, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and bussers, to ensure efficient operation and exceptional service standards.
- Welcome guests warmly as they arrive, escort them to their tables, and ensure their needs are met throughout their dining experience.
- Train and mentor staff on service techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement to maintain high standards of hospitality and professionalism.
- Oversee the setup of dining areas, including arranging tables, chairs, and table settings, to create an inviting and organized atmosphere for guests.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and accommodate guest preferences, ensuring efficient use of restaurant resources.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate preparation of food orders, and address any guest concerns or special requests promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels of dining supplies, such as linens, utensils, and condiments, and coordinate with the appropriate departments to replenish as needed.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, striving to resolve issues to the guest's satisfaction and uphold the restaurant's reputation.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, sanitation standards, and restaurant policies and procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for improving service quality, increasing guest satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field is required.
- Proven experience in restaurant service or hospitality industry, **with a minimum of 1-3 years in a supervisory role.**:
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and management.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu items, ingredients, and preparation techniques, is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the needs of the business.
- Customer-focused attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable dining experiences.
Pay: ₹11,221.33 - ₹18,484.14 per month
